Banksy artwork puts spotlight on Gaza devastation

Elusive UK artist Banksy has used the Gaza Strip’s battered homes and concrete slabs as his canvas, to highlight the plight of Palestinians living in the territory.

Banksy is said to have entered Gaza a few months ago through an underground tunnel in Egypt.

The graffiti artist posted photos of his works on his website, along with a video, showing footage of the destruction of Gaza following last summer’s Israeli offensive that killed more than 2,000 Palestinians.
